We are currently seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Agile development methodologies. This role is suited for a professional with 2 to 3 years of experience in Salesforce application development.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Application Development: Design and develop Salesforce solutions in accordance with business requirements. This involves customizing Salesforce configurations, creating workflows, and building custom apps.
Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in all phases of the Agile development process, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
System Integration and Data Management: Handle the integration of Salesforce with other systems and ensure data accuracy and security. Manage data migration and synchronization across systems.
Custom Solutions Development: Use Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to develop tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance user experience and business processes.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications to identify and fix bugs, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
End-User Support and Training: Offer ongoing support to Salesforce users, resolving technical issues and providing training to maximize system utilization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
Solid understanding of database management and integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Salesforce Developer certification is highly preferred.

Performance Location: Hybrid. This position requires 2 to 3 days in the office per week in Washington, DC.
